Citizen Service is the one point of entry for inquiries concerning MitID, driver's license, the yellow health insurance card, CPR registration, change of address, and much more.
You must book an appointment in advance of showing up in person at Citizen Service.
You must book an appointment online for a change of foreign driver's license, MitID, and the issuing of a CPR number.

Please know: In most cases, for instance, if you wish to report a change of address, change your General Practitioner (family doctor), order a new yellow health insurance card, and much more, you must help yourself online using digital self-service solutions.
