How will my child get dental care in the early years?

We send messages as Digital Post at regular intervals:

• 3 months: You will receive a welcome greeting from the municipal dental care service (Tandplejen).
• 14-16 months: we will invite you and your child for your first visit at the dental clinic. We wil ltake a look at your childs teeth and dental care. Please note: This applies to children born after June 30th 2021. Children born before this date will be invited to their first dental care check-up when they are three years old. 
• Subsequent dental examinations will be planned on an individual basis. Read mnore about the first dental check-up here.

Please note that the information sent to you will be in Danish. 

Some clinics carry out baby meetings in English upon request.
