Going to the dentist (adults)
If you are born in 2004 or thereafter you will get free dental care at the municipal dental clinics (Tandplejen) until you reach the age of 22. If you are born in 2003 or earlier this applies until you turn 18. Hereafter you pay for dental treament yourself at a private dentist.
Remember to bring along your yellow health insurance card (sundhedskort) when you visit your dentist.
