Change of foreign driving licence
Whether you need to change your foreign driving licence for a Danish one depends on where your driving license was issued and other circumstances.
You may read more about whether you need to change your driving license and how to do it at lifeindenmark.dk and on the website of the Danish Road Traffic Authority (Færdselsstyrelsen).
Go to the website of The Danish Road Traffic Authority
You must book an appointment with Citizen Service (Borgerservice) at Dokk1 to exchange your driving licence. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with the rules that apply to your situation before booking the appointment.
