    Enrolment

Enrolment is carried out online via the self-service solution Digital Placement (Digital Pladsanvisning) using your MitID.

You can enrol your child for a free-time club (fritidsklub) or youth club (ungdomsklub) at any time of the year. You enrol your child to start on the first of a month.

    Guidelines on enrolment

The free-time club or youth club that you choose would love to hear from you as a parent when you enrol your child.

Many clubs have a form with information about your child (in Danish: stamkort), an enrolment form that they would like your help completing, and there may be local matters that the club would like to talk to you about. So please contact the club when you enrol your child. You will find contact information for the particular club on its website.

Withdrawing your child from a free-time club or youth club

If you wish to withdraw your child from a free-time club or youth club you must do so online.

You should be aware that many clubs offer activities with a participant charge in addition to the general fee.

Contact the particular club if you have any questions about the charges. Any other questions about free-time clubs and youth clubs should be sent to Ung i Aarhus at uiaa@mbu.aarhus.dk

Income-related subsidies for a place at a free-time club or youth club

When enrolling, you can also apply for an income-related free place if your circumstances mean you are entitled to it. If you are given an income-related free place, it also means there are no charges for activities.
