Newcomers' Info Evening

Join a Newcomers' Info Evening specially tailored to all international professionals and accompanying partners new to Aarhus.

Internationals who do not live in Aarhus are also very welcome to join. Some of the services mentioned will only be relevant for newcomers to Aarhus, but a great deal of the information given is valuable independent of where you live.

Newcomers' Info Evening is dedicated to giving you a head start on life in Aarhus and Denmark and we will do our very best to guide you on:

• The practical stuff - including 'the digital Denmark', the Danish healthcare system (the basics), learning Danish, and who can help you in your job search?
• Tips and guidance on how to build a social network with Danes and other internationals
• Understanding Danish culture, social norms, and values

You are more than welcome to ask any questions you may have regarding working, living, and enjoying life in Aarhus during the event.

JOIN US AT BLIXENS OR ONLINE

Join us at BLIXENS, where you will meet other newcomers and enjoy a light refreshment, or join us online (via Teams) if you haven't yet relocated to Denmark/Aarhus or wish to join from home.

If you have registered for the livestream you will receive a link for the event by email a few hours before it begins.

Newcomers' Info Evening is free to attend but sign-up is mandatory. Please choose a ticket for the event according to whether you are joining us at BLIXENS or online.

Sign-up is possible until 14.00 on the day of the event. Please note that the event will not be recorded.
